Early-bird pricing is no longer available.
Full-price registration is September 6 to October 29, 2025.
Online Registration ends Wednesday, October 29, 2025.
On-site Registration incurs a 15% up-charge.
Registration MUST be paid with a credit card at the time of registration. There is no ‘bill-me’ option.

Please note that the “Spouse/Plus One” registration is NOT for co-workers or other industry-related individuals. This ticket is for guests who are NOT in the used truck industry.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing to events@uta.org.
No penalty fee if canceled by October 6, 2025.
$100 penalty if canceled October 7 to October 14, 2025.
No refunds will be given after October 15, 2025.

NAME BADGES
Name badges are provided at check-in for attendees and spouses/guests, and should be worn during all UTA meals, sessions, and functions.

SPOUSE/PLUS ONE
All Spouses/Plus Ones must be registered and are encouraged to attend all business sessions, meals, and social activities. Please note: “Spouse/Plus One “registration is NOT for industry guests/co-workers.
