Online Registration ends Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
On-site Registration incurs a 15% up-charge.
Registration MUST be paid with credit card at the time of registration. There is no ‘bill-me’ option.

CANCELATION POLICY
No penalty fee if canceled by October 13, 2024.
$100 penalty if canceled October 14 to October 22, 2024.
No refunds will be given after October 23, 2024.

NAME BADGES
Name badges are provided at check-in for attendees and spouses/guests and should be worn during all UTA functions.

SPOUSES/GUESTS
All spouses/guests must be registered and are encouraged to attend all business sessions, meals, and social activities. Please note that Spouse/Guest registration is not for co-workers, but people NOT in the used truck industry.

Wednesday Meet & Greet: heavy appetizers, 2 drink tickets

ATTIRE
We won’t tell you what to wear to the pool or the Meet & Greet social event, but business casual is preferred for our business sessions. 

Question: I cannot add my spouse to my member registration.
Our new software and accounting codes require spouse registration and member registration to be separate for accurate tracking of costs. To proceed, please fill out the member’s registration form and pay on our digital platform. Once you complete this, you can select the spouse ticket type and repeat the registration process. Don’t forget to choose a spouse activity on their registration form.

Question: Can you register me and my guests on the backend and send me a receipt?
To ensure accuracy, we request that you fill out your registration details using our online form. We are accepting online payments only, and thus, no checks will be accepted for registrations.

Question: I want to pay by check.
Please be informed that we are exclusively accepting online payments to prevent any registration and invoice discrepancies.

Question: The registration form does not allow me to register as a member. It is only giving me non-member pricing.
To register as a member and access member pricing, please log in, or renew or join as a new member and make the payment through the UTA site. Allow up to 24 business hours for our system to update after completing the renewal process.

Question: I am entering my password for UTA, and it is saying it is incorrect.
Please note that our new system requires your email as the username and a new password for access. If you are experiencing any trouble with your password, kindly click on "forgot password" on the login page to initiate the reset process.
