Convention Details

Don’t wait…the early bird discount ends August 31, 2024.
Full price registration runs September 1 to November 6, 2024.
Online Registration ends Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
On-site Registration incurs a 15% up-charge.
Registration MUST be paid with credit card at the time of registration. There is no ‘bill-me’ option.

CANCELATION POLICY
No penalty fee if canceled by October 13, 2024.
$100 penalty if canceled October 14 to October 22, 2024.
No refunds will be given after October 23, 2024.

NAME BADGES
Name badges are provided at check-in for attendees and spouses/guests and should be worn during all UTA functions.

SPOUSES/GUESTS
All spouses/guests must be registered and are encouraged to attend all business sessions, meals, and social activities. Please note that Spouse/Guest registration is not for co-workers, but people NOT in the used truck industry.

MEALS INCLUDED
Wednesday Meet & Greet: heavy appetizers, 2 drink tickets
Thursday: breakfast, beverages, lunch, beverages at breaks
Thursday Vendor Expo: beverages and cocktails, heavy appetizers
Friday: breakfast, beverages

ATTIRE
We won’t tell you what to wear to the pool or the Meet & Greet social event, but business casual is preferred for our business sessions.
