Convention Details

Early-bird discount runs through August 31, 2026.

Standard registration runs from September 1 to October 26, 2026.

Registrations made on Tuesday, October 27, and/or onsite through the end of the convention will incur a $150 up-charge.

Online Registration ends Tuesday, November 10, 2026.
Digital Payments only. No checks. Please have your credit card ready at the time of registration.

Member Spouse/Plus One  $450  •  after 10/26  $600

Please note that the “Spouse/Plus One” registration is NOT for co-workers or other industry-related individuals. This ticket is for guests who are NOT in the used truck industry.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation notices must be received in writing at UTA headquarters and sent to events@uta.org to be considered for refund processing.

There is no cancellation fee if your registration is canceled in writing by Saturday, September 12, 2026. 

$150 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund if canceled Sunday, September 13 to Friday, October 23, 2026.

No refunds will be issued starting on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

FRIDAY ACTIVITY/TOURS OPTIONAL
We have four exciting group activities for this year’s Convention, if you choose. These activities are optional and do incur additional costs. See the choices on the Activities page.

NAME BADGES
Name badges are provided at check-in for attendees and spouses/plus ones and should be worn during all UTA meals, sessions, and functions.

SPOUSE/PLUS ONE
All Spouses/Plus Ones must be registered and are encouraged to attend all business sessions, meals, and social activities. Please note: “Spouse/Plus One“ registration is NOT for industry guests or co-workers.

MEALS INCLUDED
Wednesday Meet & Greet: heavy appetizers, two (2) drink tickets
Thursday: breakfast, beverages, lunch, beverages at breaks
Thursday Vendor Expo: beverages and cocktails, heavy appetizers
Friday: breakfast, beverages
