CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation notices must be received in writing at UTA headquarters and sent to events@uta.org to be considered for refund processing.
There is no cancellation fee if your registration is canceled in writing by Saturday, September 12, 2026.
$150 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund if canceled Sunday, September 13 to Friday, October 23, 2026.
No refunds will be issued starting on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

NAME BADGES
Name badges are provided at check-in for attendees and spouses/plus ones and should be worn during all UTA meals, sessions, and functions.
SPOUSE/PLUS ONE
All Spouses/Plus Ones must be registered and are encouraged to attend all business sessions, meals, and social activities. Please note: “Spouse/Plus One“ registration is NOT for industry guests or co-workers.
