Thursday
We’ll start our general session with the Canadian and United States National Anthems before Honoring our Veterans. See the section below for more information and the form to be included in this presentation.
We’ll continue our day sharing the UTA’s Year in Review, followed by our Keynote Speaker, Walter Bond, and then announce our industry awards before lunch. (Dealer Group Members of the Year and the UTA Marvin F. Gordon Lifetime Achievement Award.) Let’s celebrate these prestigious awards throughout our time in the Big D!
Our afternoon session features our Roundtables before we head down to the Vendor Expo.

Thursday Vendor Expo 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
Booths are available to Silver level sponsors and higher. Our sponsors are important partners for the convention, and the Vendor Expo provides maximum exposure to directly promote their products and services to the used truck industry.
Friday Afternoon Tour Activities
We have several options to choose from that are fun, memorable. These tours fill up quickly so sign up ASAP! See tour options under the Activities tab. Of course you aren’t obligated to sign up for an organized tour. There are plenty of things to do in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth area.
Friday Evening Farewell Reception 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
The 27th Annual Convention will come to a close with a Farewell Reception. We’ll have appetizers and cocktails and concludes early enough for those who wish to take customers out for dinner or plan another evening event!
Honoring Our Veterans
We continue our tradition of recognizing our members who have served. There will be a poster next to the main ballroom and a slide presentation to celebrate our military members, past and present.

Thursday Afternoon Spouse/Guest Experience Grapevine Shops & Sips

Grapevine is a charming town just minutes from the Gaylord, known for its picturesque Main Street, boutique shops, and collection of local wineries. Enjoy a brief guided tour of the area, followed by a wine tasting at a local winery, then spend time strolling through the shops at your leisure. It’s an ideal outing for anyone who loves a mix of shopping, scenery, and great wine

Thursday Awards Celebration
Just before lunch on our opening day, we will announce and celebrate our UTA Awards recipients. These include the Dealer Group’s Individual Members of the Year awards (Vendor & Dealers) and the prestigious UTA Marvin F. Gordon Lifetime Achievement Award.
Be sure to congratulate them as you see them throughout the days of the convention. They deserve the recognition!
