South Beach Pool — This is where our Wednesday Sponsor Cabana’s will take place from 2:00 pm to 5: 00 pm. This pool is inspired by the narrow, tree-lined pools found in Miami and South Florida hotspots. The South Beach Pool is great for guests who want to swim laps or relax in the tropical environment in your downtime. For even more luxury, you can reserve a daybed or private cabana.

Cypress Springs Water Park — complimentary for guests
When you book a room or suite with us, you also get access to our three-acre Cypress Springs Water Park! Experience Crystal River Rapids featuring speeding currents through cascading waterfalls, multiple thrilling slides, our zero-entry pool, surf simulator, tree house water playground, and more! Relâche Spa and Fitness Center
Rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul at Relâche Spa at Gaylord Palms Resort. Their services blend essential oil aromatherapy and diverse massage techniques to melt tension away. The Relâche Spa Fitness Center provides a full range of cardio and strength equipment for a total workout. Sunrise Yoga at 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. daily on the Coquina Lawn to restore balance to mind, body, and soul.

DISNEY SHUTTLE
An exclusive amenity to resort guests, we are happy to offer a shuttle service to all four Walt Disney World theme parks, as well as Disney Springs.

Shuttle schedules are updated weekly. This transportation is included in your resort fee, and you can reserve your shuttle ticket at the Concierge Desk in the lobby.
